Thank you for shopping with SOFÉE. Every order is packed with care to reflect the quality and intention behind our brand. This policy outlines how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During launch periods or high-order volume, processing may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another notification when your package has shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Ghana (Nationwide)
  • Selected international locations (depending on courier availability)

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier rates
  • Package weight and size

We do not add hidden fees or extra charges.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows:

Ghana

  • Accra: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Accra: 2–5 business days

International Delivery timelines vary by destination:

  • Typically 5–12 business days
  • May be affected by customs or courier delays

5. Tracking Information

All orders come with tracking.

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

If you do not receive tracking after 3 days, contact us.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Taxes

These charges are not included in your SOFÉE order total and must be paid by the recipient.

We cannot predict these costs, as they vary by country.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost packages due to address errors
  • Delivery issues caused by the courier

If you made a mistake, contact us immediately.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier:

  • SOFÉE is not responsible for courier delays
  • SOFÉE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

However, we will do our best to assist you with tracking or filing a claim.

9. Damaged Packages

your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging & product
  2. Email us within 48 hours : info@sofeethebrand.com
  3. Include your order numbers

We will review your case and assist accordingly.
